The company, Endeavor Explorations Inc., was established on July 13, 2005, in the state of Nevada. The company officially became a publicly traded company under the trading symbol EAVR on April 19, 2007.
The company changed its name to Mobile Data Corp Inc. and began trading under MBYL on January 6, 2010, after acquiring a GPS technology on October 27, 2009. The company later acquired additional technology on August 9, 2011, which included additional intellectual property patents.
